Biographie :

Guy Castegnaro ist der Gründer von CASTEGNARO - Ius Laboris Luxemburg, die erste Arbeitsrechts Nischenfirma in Luxemburg und Gründungsmitglied der internationalen Allianz Ius Laboris, Global Human Resources Lawyers.

Guy war Vorsitzender der E.E.L.A (European Employment Lawyers Association) von 2011 bis 2015.

Er ist Autor und Co-Autor vieler Artikel und Bücher über Arbeitsrecht.

Guy ist Sprecher und Vorsitzender bei verschiedenen Konferenzen zu arbeitsrechtlichen Themen. Er unterrichtet Luxemburger Sozialversicherungsrecht an der Universität Luxemburg sowie Luxemburger Arbeitsrecht im Rahmen der "Cours Complémentaires en Droit Luxembourgeois" für die zukünftigen Luxemburger Rechtsanwälte. Guy unterrichtet ebenfalls luxemburgisches Arbeitsrecht an der Sacred Heart University Luxembourg und an der Université de Lorraine in Frankreich.
